Job Description About the Role Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking an

Interior/Exterior Fleet Appearance Technician

to ensure our Class A tractors and trailers maintain a clean, professional appearance and remain operationally ready. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for cleaning, inspecting, and fueling equipment, maintaining supply inventory, and reporting maintenance needs. You’ll work outdoors year-round, uphold safety and compliance standards, and contribute to the overall image and efficiency of our fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities Fleet Cleaning & Appearance

– Clean and detail the interior and exterior of Class A tractors and trailers efficiently and safely to meet shift targets.

Work Assignment Planning

– Plan and assign unit cleaning tasks, documenting completed work and providing accurate shift reports.

Inspections & Reporting

– Identify and report equipment needing maintenance (e.g., flat tires, missing mud flaps), and drive units to the shop if necessary.

Fueling Operations

– Fuel vehicles as needed, including at off-site facilities.

Compliance & Documentation

– Maintain daily yard inventory, fueling records, and audit logs to ensure operational efficiency.

Tool & Equipment Management

– Safely operate and maintain cleaning tools and equipment; store properly after each shift.

Grounds & Facility Appearance

– Help maintain cleanliness of work areas, wash bays, and surrounding grounds.

Training & Safety

– Follow all DOT, OSHA, and CT-PAT guidelines; participate in required company safety and compliance training.

Support Role

– Assist shop team during shutdowns or when others are out.

ISO Standards

– Follow all standards related to ISO-9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and HSAS 18000:2007 certification programs.

Other Duties

– Perform additional tasks as assigned to support Maintenance operations.

RequirementsQualifications

& Requirements Education

– High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience

– Minimum 3 years of non-mechanical maintenance experience with large equipment.

Physical Requirements

– Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.

Technical Skills

– Must maintain company-provided hand tools in good working condition (subject to annual inspection).

Work Ethic

– Dependable, organized, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Compliance

– Strict adherence to DOT, OSHA, CT-PAT, and company policies.
