Temporary Warehouse Associate Summary: seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Temporary Warehouse Associate to support operations at our Lakeland, Florida facility. This role will primarily focus on kitting, fulfillment, receiving, and general warehouse support, with occasional involvement in product refurbishment activities. The ideal candidate is adaptable, reliable, and comfortable working in a dynamic production and warehouse environment. Responsibilities: • Support daily warehouse functions including: • Receiving incoming materials • Processing customer orders, shipping, and returns • Kitting materials for production • Organizing inventory and staging materials for operations • Assist with fulfillment tasks such as picking, packing, labeling, and preparing shipments • Perform cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) • Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and proper labeling of stock • Occasionally assist with refurbishment activities such as unpacking units, updating firmware, or performing light assembly/repair tasks following standard procedures • Adhere to all SOPs and safety standards, including wearing PPE as required • Collaborate with supervisors, warehouse staff, and cross-functional teams to meet operational goals • Flex between tasks as assigned based on daily business needs Qualifications: • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or production environment preferred • Basic computer skills (MS Office; comfort using scanners, WMS, or similar tools) • Ability to read and follow SOPs, written instructions, and verbal direction • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently as needed • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, or moving materials throughout the shift • Excellent communication and time management skills
