Job Description Description: TENNIS PRO SHOP ATTENDANT
The tennis pro shop attendant is responsible for
providing excellent member service, managing sales, and maintaining the pro shop in a tennis facility . This includes tasks such as assisting members with purchases, processing transactions, stocking merchandise, and coordinating court reservations. Key Responsibilities:
Executing retail sales in the Tennis Shop Booking court times for members Maintaining the cleanliness of the Tennis Shop Assisting with on-court maintenance, as needed Buying appropriate merchandise for the Tennis Shop Perform a monthly inventory of merchandise Help create unique activities for the membership Establish a bi-monthly member communication newsletter Play social tennis with the members as needed Effectively communicating with members, guests, colleagues and supervisors. Greeting members and guests and ensuring a positive member experience
Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience High school degree
