Key Responsibilities and Activities
GLOBAL BRAND POSITIONING
Lead all stages of the positioning process, in collaboration with the Global Marketing Senior Directors and Brand Managers, liaising with the Global Consumer Insight role to ensure a balanced approach between creative and strategic thinking.
NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Lead the NPD process, working with the Head of Supply Chain, to engage local Markets in the innovation process.
MARKETING TOOL KIT
Ensure delivery of a comprehensive Marketing Tool Kit to Markets, including guidelines on RTM, Brand PR, Digital, Events, and A&P investment strategies. MARKETING PLANS
Review local Marketing Plans for brand equity coherence. Optimize budget utilization by consolidating investments and leveraging global assets.
BRAND COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
Deliver marketing assets and facilitate experience sharing among Markets and HoBs. Oversee Brand Forums and support the Global Consumer Insight team. Enhance marketing talent within the HoB in collaboration with HR.
BUDGET
Contribute to the P&L for Whiskey & Rum. Manage the budget, track variances, and coordinate with Global Finance.
Key Relationships
Internal: House of Brands Aperitif team, Global Consumer Insights, BU and Country MDs, Marketing Directors/VPs, Brand Managers, Insight roles. External: Agencies. Education
Bachelors Degree required; MBA preferred.
Experience
Senior marketing experience in the Bourbon industry. Proven NPD delivery through cross-functional teamwork. Experience in building premium/lifestyle brands is preferred.
Knowledge / Skills
Strategic thinking, brand management, consumer insights, NPD, profitability analysis, market research, project management, digital marketing, strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, fluency in English.
Managerial Skills
Cross-cultural effectiveness, influencing skills, pragmatic and results-oriented approach, people management.

Willingness to travel globally. Compensation
