Browzwear is a leading provider of 3D fashion design and simulation software, driving digital transformation in the fashion industry. We have pioneered the use of 3D design for apparel and is widely adopted by major fashion brands and manufacturers.
We’re seeking a strategic yet hands-on Marketing Director to lead and scale our global marketing function, drive qualified pipeline, and elevate our brand positioning across the fashion tech ecosystem.
This role will oversee demand generation, brand, product marketing, and content, partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to execute marketing programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.
What you will do Lead the development and execution of performance marketing strategies that directly impact pipeline velocity and revenue growth, with accountability for core KPIs including ROI, cost per lead (CPL), and conversion rates. Architect scalable, multi-channel demand generation programs that balance short-term acquisition goals with long-term brand equity, leveraging advanced analytics, automation, and audience intelligence. Define and evolve brand positioning and messaging that speaks to both technical and business decision-makers in the apparel and retail industry. Oversee content development across the funnel—from thought leadership to case studies to enablement assets—and ensure alignment with buyer journeys. Partner with Sales and Customer Success to build campaigns and tools that accelerate deal velocity, upsells, and customer advocacy. Drive product and release marketing efforts: own launch planning, go-to-market materials, and cross-functional coordination. Own marketing analytics and attribution, reporting on KPIs, channel performance, and campaign ROI to guide investment decisions. Lead, mentor, and scale a team of marketers, freelancers, and agency partners; foster a high-performance, creative, and collaborative culture. Manage the marketing budget, vendor contracts, and tool stack, ensuring operational efficiency and strategic prioritization. Champion marketing operations and project management excellence via streamlined processes, and cross-functional alignment. 7+ years of progressive marketing experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or fashion-tech, with 2–3 years in a leadership role. Proven success in full-funnel demand generation and ABM strategies that convert into qualified opportunities and revenue. Deep familiarity with modern marketing tech stacks, CRM (e.g., HubSpot/SFDC), and attribution tools. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse personas. Strong experience working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to align go-to-market efforts. Ability to operate strategically while rolling up sleeves to execute campaigns, especially in a growing team environment.
