Oversee brand reputation and directories, ensure campaign alignment across departments and channels, and uphold brand and compliance standards across 1,200+ locations While not focused on creative development, play a key role in ensuring that campaigns are strategically aligned, cohesive, and reflective of our brand identity. Manage a small but impactful team and lead key cross-functional initiatives Essential Duties & Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute an integrated marketing operations strategy that supports campaign alignment, compliance, and brand visibility Serve as a bridge between corporate marketing strategy and field-level execution, ensuring clarity and consistency across initiatives Partner with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to unify campaign execution and elevate the brand experience across all touchpoints Brand Reputation & Online Presence Lead our online directories (Google, Apple, and Yelp) and listings strategy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and local SEO optimization Manage our enterprise-wide review and reputation program, driving review generation, response strategies, and reputation improvements Monitor brand health and proactively address misinformation or risk across digital platforms Campaign Alignment & Support Partner with campaign, brand, and field marketing teams to execute multi-channel campaigns with a consistent voice and message Translate national strategies into field-ready toolkits that support in-store, digital, and community activation Create rollout plans, checklists, and go-to-market frameworks to streamline deployment Monitor campaigns for compliance with brand and legal guidelines, and provide corrective direction as needed Project Leadership & Cross-Functional Execution Lead high-impact cross-functional marketing projects involving multiple departments Manage scopes, timelines, and accountability to ensure aligned execution and measurable outcomes Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and strategic process across complex initiatives Customer Experience & Insights Shape and optimize the customer journey across digital, traditional, and retail channels Use persona development and customer insights to guide targeting, messaging, and channel decisions Champion a customer-first mindset across all marketing efforts Marketing Compliance & Brand Governance Serve as a brand steward, ensuring consistency with creative standards, messaging, and regulatory guidelines Partner with legal and compliance teams to vet marketing materials and ensure regulatory alignment Implement scalable processes for reviewing and auditing brand compliance across all communications Analytics, Reporting, & Storytelling Translate performance data into actionable insights to improve campaigns, listings, and reputation Develop dashboards and reporting that connect marketing performance to business outcomes Tell compelling stories with data to influence decision-making and drive confidence across teams Monitor competitors using media monitoring tools and provide actionable competitive insights to inform strategy and promotional efforts Team Leadership Manage and develop two direct reports Set clear goals, provide coaching and feedback, and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment Qualifications and Education Requirements 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on marketing operations, brand reputation, or campaign execution Demonstrated success leading integrated marketing initiatives at scale - ideally in a multi-location, consumer-facing, or regulated industry Strong cross-functional project leadership skills and experience delivering initiatives from strategy through execution Deep understanding of digital reputation management, local listing optimization, and marketing compliance Experience in customer journey mapping, persona development, and applying insights to strategic planning Proficiency in data analysis and reporting platforms - translating complex information into a clear business direction Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills Experience leading and developing high-performing teams Insurance, financial services, or regulated industry experience is a plus Traits : Operationally minded with strong strategic thinking skills Equally comfortable with analytics, storytelling, and brand integrity Confidently managing cross-functional alignment and field-level execution Detail-oriented yet capable of navigating the big picture Proactive, collaborative, and committed to elevating the customer and brand experience Preferred Tools & Platforms Reputation & Listings : Yext, SOCi, Rio SEO, Birdeye Analytics & Reporting : Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau Project Management :
