We are seeking an experienced and creative
Marketing Manager
to join a foundation committed to addressing Asia’s most pressing social challenges. With a strong focus on enabling ageing societies, ensuring essential needs, and fostering inclusion for vulnerable communities, this role will help amplify the reach and impact of our initiatives across the region. As part of the team, you’ll drive brand and marketing strategies, build awareness of our work, and position the foundation as a leading force for social impact in Asia. You’ll lead campaigns, ensure brand coherence across markets, and activate flagship platforms such as high-profile awards, dialogues, and summits. If you’re passionate about making a difference and have a strong background in marketing, this is an opportunity to combine purpose with creativity. Key Responsibilities: Develop year-round advocacy and engagement campaigns to elevate the foundation’s visibility across 6 key Asian markets. Lead brand and marketing efforts for signature platforms, including awards programmes, summits, and staff volunteerism initiatives. Provide strategic marketing support and governance across regional markets, ensuring creative and brand integrity. Partner with agencies to define content strategy, produce impactful multi-format content, and manage digital platforms. Drive marketing and audience engagement for flagship events, from pre-event publicity to post-event amplification. Manage advertising and media integration across paid and owned channels. Track, measure, and report campaign effectiveness to optimise future initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Proven experience in brand, marketing, and content management. Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; copywriting experience a plus. Proficiency in digital marketing, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), and media management. Experience in event planning and execution. Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure marketing effectiveness.
