Events & Social Media Executive

Location: Telor ayer Department: Marketing / Events Reports To: Director Salary Range: SGD 2,000 – 3,000 / month Job Summary We are seeking an organised, creative, and proactive Events & Social Media Executive to plan and execute engaging events while managing our brand’s social media presence. This dual-role position combines event coordination with digital marketing to ensure our activities are well-promoted, attract the right audience, and leave a lasting impact. You will work closely with the teams to ensure that both physical and online campaigns run smoothly from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities Events Management Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, workshops, and client appreciation activities. Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships. Oversee logistics, from venue booking to event-day operations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand alignment and event objectives are met. Capture event photos/videos for post-event marketing and content. Social Media Management Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms. Develop content calendars to support events, campaigns, and brand initiatives. Monitor and respond to audience engagement and inquiries. Produce short videos, reels, and stories to boost audience reach and interaction. Track analytics to measure campaign performance and suggest improvements. Requirements Diploma or degree in Marketing, Events Management, Communications, or related field. Experience in event coordination and/or social media management. Basic photography, videography, and design skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite). Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Preferred Skills Knowledge of paid social media advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
