Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager in the finance industry, you will drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement through strategic marketing initiatives. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote financial products and services while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Continuous on-the-job training is provided to support your development. You will work with leaders and senior team members to understand client needs, provide support, and contribute to overall client satisfaction and business growth. Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, and traditional channels. Lead product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer education initiatives. Collaborate with underwriting, sales, and compliance teams to ensure messaging accuracy and regulatory compliance. Coordinate marketing activities such as webinars, events, or collaborations. Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign ROI to optimize future efforts. Ensure brand consistency and compliance with industry regulations (e.g., MAS marketing guidelines). Job Requirements Qualifications: Applicants must have completed a diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in business, sales & marketing. Minimum of 5 years in marketing, with at least 2 years in insurance, finance, or regulated industries. Proficient in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and social media strategy. Familiarity with MAS guidelines and content approval processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage positively with clients and colleagues. Genuine enthusiasm and interest in investment and financial concepts. Previous experience in banking or the financial sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
