to underserved populations, including the formerly homeless and incarcerated, disconnected youth, veterans, and people living with AIDS. Our flagship transitional work program—Ready, Willing & Able—integrates paid work, occupational training, and holistic supportive services to facilitate individuals' return to mainstream society. The Doe Fund has an annual operating budget of $80 million and a full-time staff of over 400. We are seeking a Case Manager for our newest permanent supportive housing for homeless individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS. This program offers long-term residential care and twenty-four-hour support services in a community environment that maximizes independence while ensuring physical and emotional security and well-being. The 151-unit residence will house 31 individuals referred by the NYC HIV/AIDS Services Administration (HASA), with the remaining 120 units for moderate-income households. The Program Director will provide leadership and direction for staff and program operations. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and entrepreneurial skills, along with experience working with the HIV/AIDS population and familiarity with NYC and State agencies and funding sources. Ideal Candidate: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field At least 5 years of experience working with homeless populations, individuals living with HIV/AIDS, or those with substance abuse or mental health issues Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills Ability to motivate and inspire staff Excellent clinical and case management skills Sensitivity to community issues and needs Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written High ethical standards, confidentiality, and integrity Computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office) Excellent organizational skills Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the supportive housing program, including fiscal, programmatic, and administrative procedures Lead the coordination and evaluation of clinical, administrative, and residential services Monitor budgets and contracts, ensuring proper documentation Manage the intake process and maintain full program capacity Provide 24-hour crisis intervention as needed Train staff on harm reduction, substance abuse, and mental health topics Ensure compliance with HASA and ESSHI standards Complete required reports for HASA, the AIDS Institute, and The Doe Fund Supervise clinical staff and ensure quality case management services Conduct performance evaluations Facilitate staff, clinical, and community meetings Perform audits and quality assurance checks Establish and maintain community agency relationships Perform additional duties as assigned If interested, submit your application for review.
