The GEOAxIS system provides credential and access management for all web applications. GEOAxIS enables online, on-demand access to NGA GEOINT content based on user’s authoritative attributes/roles. Our mission is to maintain highly available ICAM services to protect critical mission applications across all security domains. The GxNext contract was awarded to Leidos in 2021 and runs until 2031.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead development and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies, standards, and processes supporting IC agency missions and operations.
Maintain weekly communication with government leads to understand requirements, mission priorities, performance measures, program goals, and support needs.
Identify and define future capability and interoperability needs by collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Provide technical leadership for integrating requirements, design, and technology to ensure compatibility and interoperability across the enterprise.
Conduct systems engineering analysis to identify potential improvements and optimize system performance.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture and engineering efforts, including mission service transition plans and CONOPs.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between customer workgroups and mission partners to align efforts and address enterprise issues.
Basic Qualifications
STEM Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with at least 10+ years of experience in system architecture.
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
Subject-matter expertise in highly resilient, multi-operations enterprise-class ICAM technologies, architectures, and solutions, including DDIL solutions.
Minimum five (5) years of experience developing ICAM RESTful and/or SOAP web services, and related domains, including test-based development, continuous integration, and Java services.
At least three (3) years of experience using agile methodology for capability integration and design.
Knowledge of client-side user interface development, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), and experience with JavaScript, Ozone Widget Framework, and SharePoint 2016 or higher.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Work location is in-office in Chantilly, VA, with a minimum of 4 days per week, and up to 10% in Reston and/or Springfield, VA.
Qualifications
Expertise in software and mission IT systems design, architecture, and best practices.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
