Process and validate payroll data for hospital staff across multiple departments Conduct audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance Investigate and resolve complex payroll issues or discrepancies Partner with HR and Finance to ensure proper coding, reporting, and controls Leverage Excel to analyze trends, track adjustments, and maintain documentation Qualifications
2+ years of Payroll Analyst experience (preferably in a healthcare or education setting) Advanced Excel skills — must be comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and large datasets Healthcare or large university payroll experience is required Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
