Manufacturing Engineering Manager

We’re on the search for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager on behalf of our client, a leader in the solar modules industry. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of the Manufacturing Engineering Department at Rogers. This position will develop and improve manufacturing processes and systems; apply engineering principles to design, modify, or develop facilities, testing, machines, equipment, or processes used in manufacturing; and evaluate work processes to determine strategies and programs that enhance productivity and efficiency.
