Chief Operating Officer

We’re on the search for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) on behalf of our client, a high-end residential builder. If you have significant leadership experience in high-end residential construction, ideally with a competitor or similar custom home builder, this could be the role for you. The COO will oversee all construction operations. Reporting directly to the owner, the COO will manage project managers, the landscape manager, and indirectly oversee site supervisors and field teams. The COO will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, process improvement, and efficient project delivery, allowing the owner to focus on business development and strategic growth. The role requires a hands-on leader with deep experience in high-end residential construction, strong process orientation, and the ability to drive cultural alignment and team engagement across a growing organization.
