engages institutional and small business donors through philanthropy, sponsorships, matching gifts, partnerships, and similar. This role is ideal for a results-driven self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, values teamwork, and is passionate about healthcare philanthropy. The value you’ll bring to the team:

Donor Relationship Management:

Serve as a key relationship manager and gift advisor to support institutional charitable investment through various means. Identify prospects, assess interests, develop strategies, and ask for gifts. Present compelling proposals and ensure alignment with foundation processes. Program Management:

Utilize technology and data to enhance donor experiences, personalize engagement, and create dynamic giving opportunities. Stay updated on trends, foster partnerships, and collaborate with teams to maximize revenue and impact. Leverage analytics and AI tools to identify trends, inform strategies, and measure outcomes. Document key interactions in the donor data system. Performance Management:

Demonstrate accountability through dashboards and reports. Create a collaborative, responsive environment focused on success. Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, Philanthropy, or related field 5+ years’ experience in fund development required
