Were seeking a hands-on contractor to manage and operate a high-volume, fast-casual food location featuring multiple food brands. As an independent operator, youll have the autonomy to manage operating hours, staffing, and menus, while benefiting from operational and technical support, marketing, and demand engine.
What Youll Do as an Operator
As an Operator, youll step into an entrepreneurial role where hustle meets leadership. Youll be trusted to run the business, inspire your team, and drive growth.
Run daily operations for a multi-brand, fast-casual restaurant
Build, lead, and hire a small, high-performing team
Maximize revenue opportunities
Adapt and innovate offerings to meet local market trends and customer demand
Own the results youll have autonomy with flexible support and resources
Contract Compensation Model

Base earnings of $65,000 per year
Top operators earn $200,000+ annually by growing sales and leading with inspiration
