Serafina Boston , encompassing Serafina Seaport and Serafina Back Bay, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our team at our Back Bay location. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the restaurant’s operations and driving sales performance. As an AGM, you will work closely with the General Manager (GM) to ensure that all aspects of the store run smoothly while providing exceptional customer service and being a presence on the floor. This position requires strong leadership skills and an exceptional passion for a positive guest experience. We are looking for a strong candidate that has at least 5 years of restaurant management experience. Prior experience with Toast POS and OpenTable is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Train and mentor staff on effective sales techniques and customer service best practices.
- Assist with monthly inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment that enhances the guest experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership.
- Completing miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the GM
