Assistant Manager / Manager (Outdoor Services Sales)

• Basic Salary: $4,200 - $4,800 + Car Allowance + Petrol Card + Season Parking + Annual Target Sales Incentive – VB
• Working Days: 5 days a week, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Office Location: Ubi
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in service and maintenance, preferably in sectors like lift systems, CCTV, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and motivate the Singapore sales channels to achieve company objectives and strategies.
• Achieve sales and profit budgets by account on a monthly and YTD basis.
• Ensure timely follow-up and reporting of all sales inquiries.
• Identify new business opportunities and oversee the successful development and launch of new product initiatives.
• Set pricing levels and strategies in coordination with management.
• Maintain and develop existing business levels while generating new business activity.
• Provide accurate sales and budget forecasts.
• Develop and implement annual business plans, updating them monthly.
• Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activity.
• Respond promptly to external and internal customer needs and resolve issues professionally.
• Present effectively to multiple decision-makers across segments.
• Provide market intelligence, product, and solution feedback to R&D teams at headquarters.
• Ensure timely and proper management reporting as per corporate expectations.
• Represent the company appropriately in dealings with customers, government regulations, and external relations.
