I am currently working with a leading nationally ranked firm , who are actively looking to recruit an Attorney who specializes in commercial contracts to join their Denver office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, edit, and draft contracts for an array of company sectors, including technology.
  • This includes agreements for SaaS, software licensing, professional services, manufacturing and supply, sales and distribution, research and development and IP licensing.
  • Communicate with opposing counsel and clients - including participating in contract negotiations.
  • Manage large national and international transactions regarding IP and commercial issues.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a leading accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar of Colorado.
  • 3+ years of experience in complex commercial matters, ideally gained within a large law firm setting.
  • Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Base compensation of $150k-200k per year.
  • Very achievable annual hourly billable requirements to achieve substantial bonuses, as well as lucrative business development bonuses.
