LHH is partnering with an AmLaw firm in their search for an Investment Funds attorney in their Denver office. The position will be advising and structuring investment funds for venture capital, credit, real estate, and funds of funds.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with traditional and non-traditional private funds in a law firm setting
• Active license to practice law in at least one US state with an intent to obtain a Colorado bar license

Salary and benefits:

• The base salary for this role is $190,000-$260,000
• The firm offers a 401K, health, dental, vision, pro bono credit for billable hours, and maternity/paternity leave
