CNC Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work in a machine shop setting operating CNC machines.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC machines, including lathes and mills, to produce steel parts.
  • Interpret blueprints & drawings.
  • Utilize measurement tools to ensure precision and adherence to specifications.
  • Learn to work on two machines simultaneously, enhancing productivity.
  • Participate in the machining phases, including deburring, plating, and assembly.

Essential Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience with CNC machines, lathes, and mills.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols in a machining environment.
  • Ability to work with precision measurement tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in a job shop or machine shop environment.
  • Ability to adapt to legacy parts machining processes.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Torrance, California.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
