Job Type: 6+ Months Contract to hire role
Max Pay Rate: $19-20/hr
We are seeking a Loan Documentation Processor to join our financial operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales support within a financial services environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously, and an understanding of financial statements.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support loan documentation processing tasks in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Review and process moderately complex financial transactions.
• Accurately read and interpret bank and financial statements.
• Identify and differentiate between assets and liabilities.
• Navigate between multiple systems and manage work across 2-3 monitors efficiently.
• Proactively identify process improvement opportunities.
• Escalate complex or non-routine questions to supervisors.
• Provide support and information to internal business partners and external clients.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment (banking/financial preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and analyze financial statements.
• Comfort working across multiple systems/screens.

Desired Skills:

• Prior experience in loan processing or documentation support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
