- Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone
- Verify insurance information and patient demographics
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure accurate patient information
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and medical software
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
