Job Overview
As an Accounts Payable Associate , you will support our Finance Department by managing high-volume vendor invoice processing, employee expense reports, and payment reconciliations. This role involves data entry, document review, and payment execution, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all accounts payable activities.

What does your day look like ? Some of your duties may include:

• Reconcile expenses and inventory payables.
• Maintain all vendor check stubs and related backup.
• Review and enter all employee expense reports.
• Match all vendor purchase orders, receivers and invoices.
• Prepare batches of invoices for data entry and enter into accounts payable system.
• Review accounts payable report to determine payments for check processing.
• Manage and match vendor deductions against vendor invoices.
• Perform check processing as required.
• Correct any invoice discrepancies.
• Operate and manage all postage meter services.

Things you need to be able to do:

• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, departmental managers and co-workers.
• High level of accuracy and attention to details.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Things that are a plus:

• High School Diploma or higher education
• 2-3 years of high-volume accounts payable experience.
