We have a great opportunity for a Graphic Designer I to join our MarCom Team! The Designer will support various print and web development projects for marketing and communications needs, including designing and editing graphics/photos for use in print, multimedia, web sites, and other online purposes. What you need to know
Salary: Compensation will be commensurate to selected hire’s experience.

Other Requirements and Factors: Work beyond normal office hours and/or work on weekends. Travel may be required.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphics Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphics Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Two years of experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Candidate should have good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and able to effectively use programs such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
Working knowledge of most social media platforms and how they utilize graphics is needed
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others
Strong oral and written communication skills
Preferred Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Preferred skills would be knowledge of packaging a project for the printing process and ability to do light work in various CMS platforms for web
Responsibilities
General Graphic Design
Designs effective and accessible graphic interfaces for web sites, pages and applications
Creates motion graphics for use on web sites and multi-media presentations
Designs brochures, signs, newsletters, presentation templates and materials, and other print media as needed
Maintains documentation for each project including approvals, comments, drafts and artwork. M aintains brand standards with all projects
Able to work independently as well as collaborate with marketing team as needed from concept to support completion of projects
Able to track all projects on Project Management Software
Client Service
Collaborates with customers as needed from beginning to end
