In this crucial leadership position, you will manage intricate financial transactions across a diverse array of funding sources, including debt, equity, and tax equity. Your role will cover the entire financing journey—from initial assessment through to successful closing—requiring extensive collaboration with both internal teams and external partners. The VP will take charge of financial modeling, due diligence, and stakeholder reporting, playing a key role in advancing our commitment to the clean energy transition. Candidates must possess significant experience in financing renewable energy projects, particularly with a strong focus on tax equity arrangements. This position calls for a genuine passion for clean energy and infrastructure development, as well as the ability to excel in a deal-driven, collaborative setting. Key qualifications include a proven success record in managing complex financial models, a results-oriented approach, and exceptional communication skills. Familiarity with debt structuring, tax equity frameworks, and partnership tax implications is highly beneficial. Additionally, knowledge of investment analysis valuation tools and metrics will be advantageous.
