Acara Solutions is seeking Enrollment Specialists in the Southtown's! Cheektowaga, NY Orchard Park, NY Type:
Temporary from October 1st through Mid-December Training:
Training the week of September 15th & September 22nd Pay:
$18.50/HR Location:
100% ONSITE, Monday-Friday 830AM to 430PM with
flexibility to work Saturdays 9AM to 12noon ( put for the two locations requiring Saturdays) As a Consultant, you'll review high-level plan details with members. Responsibilities: Assist members with patience and empathy Handle member concerns professionally Discuss health and prescription needs confidentially, following HIPAA guidelines. Follow scripts and checklists to meet CMS and federal requirements. Explain insurance terms and plan options clearly.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment.
