Job Overview As a Mobile Associate, you will be an integral part of our Retail Team of Experts, inspiring energy and excitement around the T-Mobile brand. This is a learning position aimed at developing your skills to prepare you for advancement to the Mobile Expert role. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships by helping customers navigate their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store. Engage with customers through hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology and personalized solutions that meet their unique needs. Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and how T-Mobile’s plans can enhance connectivity and lifestyle. Complete training on the T-Mobile retail experience and continuously update your knowledge on products and services. Collaborate with T-Mobile colleagues to create a seamless customer experience and support team initiatives. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required. 6 months of customer service or retail sales experience is preferred. Should be a passionate advocate for customers with a competitive spirit. Willingness to collaborate and learn from team members while maintaining performance goals. Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States. Compensation: Hourly base pay starts at $17.50, with additional training pay of $5.00 per hour. After 90 days, you will be eligible to promote to the Mobile Expert role, which includes an annualized incentive target of $18,000. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour, inclusive of base pay and incentives. Plus, every employee qualifies for an Annual Stock Grant.
