We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Entry Level Customer Service Assistant at our company, where we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to deliver exceptional service. As an entry-level team member, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customer service operations and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our brand.
Job: On site Location: Tampa, FL Pay Range: $750- $1100 per week
Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner. Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues. Maintain and update customer records in the database accurately and promptly. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes and procedures. Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns and enhance service delivery. Help resolve customer complaints by identifying problems and proposing effective solutions. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Excellent listening skills and a patient, empathetic approach to customer interactions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic proficiency in using computers and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
