Responsibilities for a Business Analyst include but are not limited to:Support daily funding processes for Global Collateral OperationsOptimize collateral posted pre- and post-margin call to reduce costs and maximize asset utilizationDrive rehypothecation of client assets to minimize unused collateralCollaborate with Trading Desks, Treasury, and Settlement teams to source and settle collateralInvestigate and resolve margin call discrepancies and respond to client trade inquiriesBook and manage FX transactions and collateral movements (pledged/lodged)Identify and escalate settlement fails to appropriate risk and operations teams Candidates for Business Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:Experience in financial markets and financial servicesStrong controls background with experience implementing key business controlsConfident communicator with senior stakeholders (Sales, Trading, Product Control, Credit, Legal)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHigh attention to detail and quality outputAbility to meet deadlines and prioritize effectivelyStrong organizational skillsPay Details: $40.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
