Recruiter focused exclusively on sales talent
to identify, attract, and hire top-producing loan officers and sales professionals. This role is critical to fueling our growth by building a high-performing sales force that drives revenue and client acquisition.
What You'll Do: Partner with sales leaders to understand growth goals and role requirements Source, attract, and engage top talent through strategic outreach, networking, and industry connections using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, Indeed, and other platforms Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline of experienced sales talent Track sales recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, retention) and provide regular reporting Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation Maintain an organized ATS and a robust candidate pipeline for critical roles Ensure all hiring practices align with company policies and compliance standards Assist with employer branding initiatives across social media, job boards, and the company careers page Stay current on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and competitive hiring strategies Represent Park Place Finance at job fairs, networking events, and recruiting conferences Promote inclusive hiring practices and help drive DEI initiatives in all recruitment activities Requirements Required:
