We are seeking a driven and resourceful Recruiter to join our Farmers Insurance District Office team. This individual will play a key role in attracting and hiring both new agency owners and agency staff across the district. The Recruiter will build strong pipelines of qualified candidates, manage the full-cycle recruiting process, and help ensure our district has the talent needed to grow and succeed.

Responsibilities Agency Owner Recruitment: Identify, attract, and recruit entrepreneurial candidates to become Farmers agency owners.

Agency Staff Recruitment: Source and recruit licensed or trainable candidates for agency team roles (producers, CSRs, etc.).

Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding coordination.

Networking & Outreach: Build relationships with local universities, career centers, professional associations, and networking groups to promote Farmers career opportunities.

Pipeline Development: Maintain active candidate pipelines for both agency owners and agency staff through consistent sourcing, social media engagement, and direct outreach.

Collaboration: Partner with the District Manager and Agency Owners to understand hiring needs and tailor recruitment strategies.

Metrics & Reporting: Track recruiting KPIs such as sourcing activity, interviews scheduled, hires made, and time-to-fill.

Employer Branding: Represent the Farmers Insurance brand positively in the community and online to attract top talent.

Requirements Proven experience in recruiting, sales, or talent acquisition

(insurance/financial

services experience preferred).

Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Familiarity with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and professional networking platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

Knowledge of insurance licensing requirements (Property & Casualty, Life & Health) preferred but not required.

Bachelors degree in business, human resources, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
