Base pay range

$115,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Base Salary - $115k-$125k

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting (annual, rolling, reforecasts), and long-range financial planning
• Build and maintain advanced financial models for business development, pricing, and investment decisions
• Analyze financial performance; identify variances, trends, and provide actionable insights
• Prepare management, board, and investor presentations, including monthly/quarterly results
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other teams to define KPIs and support go-to-market strategy
• Conduct scenario analysis, cost optimization, and ROI modeling for strategic initiatives
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldMBA or CFA a plus
• 7-10 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or related accounting experiencepreferably within tech or SaaS
• Advanced Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables); experience with ERP and FP&A toolsNetSuite, Anaplan, Hyperion, or Sage
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, variance analysis, cash flow forecasting, and KPI development
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication (written + verbal) skillsable to distill complex info for varied audiences
• Collaborative mindset, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
