Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in a dynamic environment focused on manufacturing forklifts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our systems, contributing to the efficiency and reliability of our production processes. Responsibilities
Repair, maintain, and improve system components. Perform basic electrical controls and circuit analysis using tools like multi-meters. Read and interpret schematics and symbols for troubleshooting. Conduct mechanical troubleshooting of hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, and rare mechanical rigging. Closely follow a preventive maintenance schedule to prevent major breakdowns. Implement countermeasure maintenance and conduct root cause analysis of systematic issues. Essential Skills
Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, including electrical and mechanical systems. Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance. Ability to troubleshoot 3 phase electrical systems and 480v circuits. Mechanical troubleshooting skills, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and gearboxes. Experience with robotic troubleshooting and PLC troubleshooting. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of electrical troubleshooting for 3 phase motors and controls. Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting of hydraulics and pneumatics. Experience with both scheduled and non-scheduled preventive maintenance. Why Work Here
