Maintenance Technician
The maintenance technicians will be responsible for preventative and reactionary maintenance on the machines. This includes swapping out and rebuilding hydraulic cylinders, changing and programming switches, and troubleshooting and repairing pneumatic cylinders. While the majority of the work will be mechanical in nature, technicians must be able to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to troubleshoot electrical systems, which typically range from 24v to 380v. Responsibilities
Perform preventative and reactionary maintenance on machines. Swap out and rebuild hydraulic cylinders. Change and program switches. Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic cylinders. Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints. Diagnose and repair AC/DC motors. Essential Skills
Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints for electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs. Capability to troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. CEW certification (Certified Electrical Worker) is required, with training and certification provided within the first 90 days. Additional Skills & Qualifications
PLC troubleshooting experience, particularly with Allen Bradley systems. Understanding of inputs and outputs in PLC systems. Experience with plastic injection processes is beneficial. Why Work Here?

The work is conducted in a very clean, climate-controlled injection molding facility that produces plastic buckets and lids, generating 35,000 buckets per day. The work schedule follows a 2-2-3-2 pattern with day shifts from 7 am to 7 pm and night shifts from 7 pm to 7 am. No mandatory overtime is required. Job Type & Location
