Machine Operator.....3rd Shift Only! 19-26/hr!
We are seeking a skilled EDM Operator to join our team. This role involves setting up and operating Electro-Discharge Machines (EDM) to produce high-quality aerospace turbine engine parts. The position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain a high level of efficiency and quality in production. Responsibilities
Load and set up parts in the machine. Inspect parts for quality during production. Set up and operate EDM machines, including conventional, 5-axis, water-based, oil-based, and wire EDMs. Perform quality inspection using micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Interpret blueprints and drawings for accurate machining. Troubleshoot and fix defects with machinery. Prepare logs and records to document machine operation and daily production. Set up and switch jobs as required, with training provided. Achieve more than 98% efficiency in daily production. Essential Skills
Basic computer skills. Mechanical aptitude. CNC or other metal machine operation experience. Experience with micrometers, calipers, and other measurement devices and tools. Ability to read and write English. Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED. Experience in aerospace industry. Previous EDM experience. Eligibility to work in the US and completion of ITAR form. Ability to work in confined spaces and lift up to 50 pounds. Why Work Here?

Our production facility houses over 150 EDM machines and maintains temperature control in most areas. The environment may be loud, and employees must frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds. The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
