Location: Based in Des Moines, Iowa Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (OT Available) Pay Range: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience - $18 - $26/hour Position Summary
We're hiring a dependable CDL Dump Truck Driver to support construction and hauling operations across Iowa. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic, a safety-first mindset, and a desire to be part of a high-performing team. You'll operate late-model equipment and contribute to projects that improve infrastructure and community spaces. Responsibilities
Safely operate dump trucks to transport materials to and from job sites Load and unload aggregate, soil, debris, and other construction materials Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs Follow designated routes and adhere to traffic laws and safety protocols Assist with basic site tasks when not driving, as needed Maintain accurate logs and delivery records Requirements
Valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record Minimum 1 year of experience operating dump trucks or similar heavy vehicles Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe hauling practices Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong communication skills and attention to detail Must pass back ground check and drug screening What You'll Get
