CNC Operator
Join a rapidly expanding manufacturer specializing in precision-formed powertrain components for the automotive and industrial sectors. We are seeking dedicated Production Workers to fulfill roles on our 2nd and 3rd shifts due to increased production demands. With 49 CNC machines on the floor, each worker is responsible for producing between 500 and 1,100 parts per shift. Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines to produce precision powertrain components. Maintain production pace to meet daily output targets. Ensure quality control by using calipers, gauges, and micrometers. Handle packaging and general labor tasks as needed. Participate in training sessions on the 1st shift for one to four weeks. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in high-volume automotive production. Familiarity with CNC operating, including mills and lathes. Knowledge of offsets and changeovers. Experience using micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Understanding of PLEX software. Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
