Maintenance Technician
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and reactive maintenance on automated equipment, conveyors, and basic facilities throughout our plants. The role involves managing production and packaging equipment, including conveyors, and requires proficiency in PLC troubleshooting. Responsibilities
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, including blenders, capsule machines, lens machines, conveyors, metal detectors, and x-ray machines. Conduct light facility maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs. Calibrate and maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance. Read and follow schematics for troubleshooting and repair tasks. Manage the maintenance of forklifts and other essential machinery. Troubleshoot issues with hydraulics, pneumatics, sensors, and motors. Essential Skills
Experience in maintenance repair, both preventative and reactive. Proficiency in troubleshooting automated equipment and PLC systems. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, and electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical schematics. Experience with CMMS systems for maintenance management. Additional Skills & Qualifications
