Strategic Programs Lead

We are seeking a self-starter individual with strong operational and interpersonal skills to support a mission critical project. This role will be responsible for supporting Xploration Destiny (XD) program with strategic customer migration. This position will be the XD Program point person for customer migration planning and execution activities and will work closely with BU executives and XD Program leadership in preparing for the transition of customer from our legacy CIS system to SAP. Primary job responsibilities performed by this position include: Support customer migration activities as they relate to the XD Program. These activities include but are not limited to: Provide strategic planning in working cross functionality with stakeholder to develop a comprehensive migration roadmap. Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and support. Identify, assess, and document risk mitigation associated with the migration process, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Assist with coordination of data validation during testing cycles and go-lives of data transfers from legacy system to SAP, coordinating with IT and vendor teams for seamless migration. Work closely with change management and training to implement strategies to support employees and customers through the phased customer migration. Assist in establishing and monitoring key performance indicators to evaluate pre and post migration progress. Ability to perform complex data analysis to identify opportunities to optimization of migration efforts. Comfortable leading large cross functional discussions and developing presentations to facilitate discussions. Lead end-to-end data validation strategy for customer migration from CIS to SAP, overseeing field-level testing. Coordinate automated and manual data quality validations during technical mock runs, ensuring accuracy of critical customer data including account numbers, premises, billing history, and payment information. Establish and monitor data quality metrics and reconciliation processes to achieve 99%+ data integrity standards across migrated customer records. Manage and coordinate testing resources including offshore contractors, contact center agents, and SMEs to execute comprehensive validation scenarios. Facilitate edge system remediation activities to ensure all connected applications are migration-ready, coordinating with application owners across customer channels. Employees in this role lead the analysis and strategy on high priority projects as assigned by senior executive management. This position works with a small cross-functional team of Subject Matter Experts (SME) to analyze, develop, and propose strategies or solutions to complex topics. Individuals rapidly identify key data, stakeholders, and the current landscape in order to effectively present ideas for executive review. Job duties and responsibilities include: Leading cross-functional projects including data collection, analysis and implementation of recommendations to senior management. Creating and communicating formal presentations of proposals to business leaders at higher levels of management, including executive. Developing hypotheses and validating them with data and discussion with appropriate Subject Matter Experts, then consulting with business units for additional validation. Compiling and analyzing highly analytical problem solving analysis, and compiling them in a succinct manner to be reviewed by executive management. Developing strategies to address opportunities identified through analysis. Conducting research in other industries and staying abreast of innovative advancements in order to apply them to key problems. Interacting with senior and executive leadership, developing trust and credibility. Performing other job-related duties as assigned.
