Administrative Secretary Contracts & Procurement Support
Eagle Harbor LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a federal contracting leader, is seeking an administrative secretary with an active secret security clearance to support our government client in Chantilly, VA. Position responsibilities include: Record a variety of source documentation into financial and other management systems, spreadsheets, and databases; Provide support in general accounting clerical operations; Respond to routine telephone requests which have standard answers and refer calls and visitors to appropriate staff; Maintain personnel and task order files in compliance with agency records retention and disposition schedule; Disseminate approved forms; Type correspondence, reports, labels, and similar material; Compose correspondence of a routine and non-technical nature; Complete data input assignments, prepare letters/emails; Coordinate reservations for meetings and conferences; Prepare slide presentations using PowerPoint; Maintain calendars/briefing logs for agency management; Prepare and submit reports; Perform related work as required. Position requirements include: U.S. citizenship is required; Must possess an active secret security clearance or above; Must be able to pass an agency background check; Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check; Bachelor's degree (business administration preferred) or four (4) years specialized experience; Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office suite programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); Candidate should have contract management skills and be able to work effectively with a contracting officer and other contract specialists, with a focus on contracts and purchasing; Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse vendors.
