Join our dynamic team as a Mechanical Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in assembling mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies for sailboat pulley systems. Utilize your expertise in hand tools to contribute to a thriving manufacturing environment. Responsibilities
Perform bench-type processes to complete mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies using hand tools. Assemble components for sailboat pulley systems with precision. Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision. Maintain a clean and orderly work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Follow prescribed safety procedures at all times. Essential Skills
Proficiency in using hand tools. Minimum of 2 years of assembly experience at one company. Experience with production and blueprint reading. Mechanical assembly skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work in a clean, organized, and newer building, operating on the 1st shift from 6 am to 2 pm. Our manufacturing facility features a machine shop on one side and a warehouse/assembly area on the opposite side, ensuring a well-structured and efficient workflow. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
