Location: Onsite at Bear Creek A, Redmond, WA
Duration: 9 Months (high possibility for an extension after the budget approval)

Partner with stakeholders to design and enhance Power BI dashboards. Build and automate data tables to ensure reliable dashboard inputs. Conduct ad-hoc analysis to uncover trends and opportunities. Provide insight-based recommendations to drive strategic decisions. Manage projects end-to-end, from gathering requirements to production delivery.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of dashboarding experience (Power BI strongly preferred). 8+ years with Python and SQL. Familiarity with Databricks, SparkSQL, PySpark, or Azure Data Explorer is a plus. 5+ years of direct stakeholder engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills. Knowledge of UX/UI principles. Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with autonomy in tackling data challenges. Interest or prior experience in gaming is highly desirable.
