Job Title: Assembler : Pay up to $25 per hour Job Description
As an assembler, you will work with fiber cables by measuring, cutting, and placing them into clips. Using blueprints or expanded work instructions, you will meticulously feed color-coded wires through connectors. This position requires precision in wire arrangement, followed by applying epoxy to complete the coating process. Subsequently, assemblies are cured, polished, and tested for connection efficacy. You will employ small hand tools, microscopes, or projection scopes to ensure high-quality assembly. Pay: $20-24/hour Responsibilities
Measure and cut fiber cables accurately. Place cables into clips following detailed instructions. Feed color-coded wires through connectors with precision. Apply epoxy to wires and complete the coating process. Place assemblies in curing devices for epoxy drying. Conduct final polishing and testing of assemblies. Utilize small hand tools, microscopes, or projection scopes for assembly tasks. Essential Skills
At least 1 year of manufacturing experience with small parts or medical device assembly. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to see and differentiate colors for accurate wire placement. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with guidewire, hand tools, and microscope assembly. Familiarity with clean room assembly, catheter assembly, and wire assembly processes. Knowledge of blueprint reading and electronics assembly. Why Work Here?
