General Production Worker
The role of a General Production Worker involves overseeing the entire manufacturing process of magnet wire products from start to finish. This includes handling raw materials, operating and setting up machines based on specification sheets, troubleshooting basic machine issues, and quality control through in-process sampling and documentation. Additionally, the role requires using an overhead crane and forklift to move materials and finished products. Responsibilities
Manage material handling and prepare raw materials for production. Load production lines by feeding raw wire into the line as needed. Understand and implement specification sheets to set machines. Operate machines and troubleshoot basic issues during operations. Pull enamel samples for quality inspection. Monitor and ensure quality production through HMI touchscreens. Document all in-process updates manually. Use an overhead crane to move finished wire spools. Operate a forklift to store finished products in the warehouse. Essential Skills
General labor and production experience. Ability to operate machines and perform quality inspections. Experience with assembly and manufacturing processes. Forklift certification or willingness to be trained. Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to work safely and independently. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repetitively. Willingness to work 12-hour shifts. Strong tenure at previous employers. Ability to read, write, and understand English work orders. Why Work Here?
