Top Secret Management (Manager/Director Of Staff)
Business - Support Arlington, VA (On/Off-Site) Duties And Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of 12 contract employees to include Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Subject Matter Experts Monitor, review, and approve employee timesheets Motivate team members, periodically assess employee performance, and conduct annual appraisals Communicate any performance or behavioral concerns and/or issues to upper management Assist with new employee onboarding and training Conduct team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations Develop strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals Generate comprehensive and detailed reports regarding team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines to present to upper management Analyze unclassified and classified documents to determine the appropriate action needed in accordance with E.O. 13526 Demonstrate understanding of document markings Utilize analytical skills to make determinations on documents for release, referral to other agencies, and exemption from automatic declassification Recognize possible nuclear weapons and intelligence information Properly handle boxes and documents (boxes can weigh between 15-25 lbs.) and ensure integrity of each and every box remains intact Qualifications And Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience Minimum of five (5) years managing federal contracts Minimum of five (5) years developing and implementing policies and regulations governing classification management/Declassification/FOIA in accordance with Executive Order 13526, Restricted Data in accordance with Atomic Energy Act 1954, and other applicable federal regulations Must possess an active DoD Top Secret Clearance Ability to communicate effectively
both orally and in writing Demonstrate strong analytical skills, reading comprehension, and attention to detail Ability to multi-task, work in a team environment, and adjust to established work patterns and processes as required Accredited Project Management Professional certification required
