Duties
Collaborate with senior partners on complex litigation cases. Engage in trial preparation and conduct depositions. Perform legal research and draft legal documents. Appear confidently in state and federal courts. Develop case strategies and report updates to senior partners. Requirements
Licensed to practice law in North Carolina. Minimum of 3 years of complex litigation experience. Proficient in trial preparation and legal writing. Strong analytical and independent thinking skills. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications
Licensed to practice law in North Carolina. Skills
Excellent legal research and writing abilities. Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Benefits
