Duties
Collaborate with partners and colleagues on case management.
Engage in NC state courts and Industrial Commission hearings.
Develop case strategies and report updates to partners.
Conduct legal research and analysis to advance cases.
Requirements
Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
3-5 years of experience in workers' compensation law.
Proven experience in NC state courts and Industrial Commission hearings.
Strong analytical and independent thinking skills.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Skills
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
