$110,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney for our Las Vegas office. The ideal candidate will have experience in at least one of the following areas: bodily injury defense, construction defect, or other insurance defense matters. Key Responsibilities: Draft motions and/or conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision Qualifications: Must be licensed to practice law in Nevada (additional state licensure is a plus) 3-12+ years of experience in Insurance Defense (Preferred) Experience in at least one of the following areas: bodily injury defense, construction defect, or other insurance defense matters (Required) What We Offer: Generous bonus structure Full benefits package Supportive and collaborative work environment Seniority level
