The ideal candidate will have extensive litigation experience in bodily injury defense, construction defect, and other insurance defense matters and be proficient in handling civil cases through trial. Key Responsibilities: Draft motions, conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision Qualifications: Must be licensed to practice law in Texas (additional state licensure is a plus) 7+ years of experience in Insurance Defense (Preferred) Experience in bodily injury defense, construction defect, and other insurance defense matters (Required) What We Offer: Generous bonus structure Full benefits package Supportive and collaborative work environment Seniority level
